Project ARRIBA Board of Directors, consisting of men and women from the community and business sectors, provides valuable representation of our community’s interests. Community and business leaders each make up one-half of the Project ARRIBA Board of Directors and each works tirelessly to effectively advance the organization’s mission and purpose.

The majority of staff has years of experience in the workforce development sector, has achieved different levels of education ranging from certifications to master’s degrees, and have been with the Project ARRIBA organization more than ten years. The Project ARRIBA team is composed of eleven full-time staff members.
